When you become a client, a Virtual Assessment Center will be configured for your use. This process does not require any resources from your internal IT staff and is entirely hosted by Profiles International.

The Virtual Assessment Center for your company is available to 24 hours a day 365 days a year  for administration, scheduling, product information, and reporting on the results of assessments your employees or job candidates participate in. This tool is available to your company from any internet connected PC in the world and includes data export functionality for your own tracking purposes if desired.

When you schedule an employee or job candidate for an assessment, an email is sent to them with a link to your site and they are given a user ID and password. After they log into the virtual assessment center the assessments they are schedule for are presented to them and they may begin immediately. You get to choose whether or not individual reports from their assessments are available to them. The administrator of the site however, can print or view any and all reports for their company in just seconds from any internet terminal worldwide.
